One of the most difficult tasks you do daily is call upon
prospects and customers. Oh, and if you are not using the
phone to build relationships…..shame shame on you!

Nothing feels better than getting a GENUINE compliment. “Listen,
you’re a sharp person, why don’t you check out the web site tonight,
and I’ll give you a call tomorrow…” (Get that? Compliment, Compliment


The root word of relationship is RELATE. How do you most relate to
your prospects? Mirror them! Mimic their tone, speed of speech,
volume…Use words that they use too! For example, if they say
they love ‘direct sales’ and not ‘MLM’ — use ‘direct sales’ when
discussing business.


Facts & figures tell — but it’s QUESTIONS that SELL. “How long
have you been in MLM?”, “What kind of work do you do now?”, “Are
you online?”, “What kind of hobbies do you have?”

Practice these simple 3 things on your next call — and
you’ll notice your prospects will slip right into their
comfort zone!!
